It all went wrong last week. I mean my best laid plans. I went down to stay in Bath, Somerset, after photographing (and enjoying immensely) the Braunston Vintage  Rally. I took my ageing laptop with me, suitably prepared, so that I could edit the Braunston photos and create a site post about it. I also planned to visit and photograph the canal scenes of the Kennet and Avon from Devises  to Bath.

The visits and photos were achieved and were great!  But Windows XP decided to go rogue and I could not do the computer stuff to create the posts. No doubt it was my fault somewhere  along the line but that is no consolation, you know what I mean, I’m sure.

Still….on returning to Birmingham base and modern computers, I have the photos and the memories and intend to publish them starting this week. So, please return if you visit the site and the posts have not yet been inserted, as I promise they will be. There’s some great shots which I’m sure will please and surprise you – that’s my objective for the site, after all!
