This annual event was blessed with fine weather even if the Autumnal chill had set in. Centred around the Bonded Warehouse at the end of the Stourbridge Town Arm canal it attracted over 60 narrow boats of all types including vintage working boats……Click on image for a larger view.

There was a procession of vintage boats with crews dressed in the traditional canal fashion of the era.

Although the event was primarily focused on the canal and visiting narrowboats, there was something there to interest all comers. These included fairground organs, a steam roller, vintage oil powered engines, and vintage and classic cars. There were plenty of stalls too, selling canal objects….. as well as canal trust and charity stalls and inside the Bonded Warehouse was craft stalls.

Malcolm and Stephany from Wombourne with their nb Elisha, pictured below in a video of the event, were wonderfully dressed for the occasion and were part of the procession
